Frames by Madam – Wholesale Warranty Policy

At Frames by Madam, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our frames. To ensure customer satisfaction and confidence, we offer the following wholesale warranty:

1-Year Manufacturer's Defect Warranty

We guarantee our frames against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to wholesale partners (optical shops) and does not extend to the general public.

What’s Covered:

Defects in materials or workmanship, including but not limited to:

• Hinges

• Frame structure

• Coating/finish defects

What’s NOT Covered

• Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or accidental breakage

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, fading)

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

• Provide a clear picture of the original frame showing the defect.

• Email the picture along with the original order details (invoice number or purchase date) to frames@madamslookbook.com.

• Upon approval, we will promptly replace the defective frame at no additional cost.

Free Shipping: We will cover the cost of standard shipping for all approved warranty claims within the warranty period.

Expedited Shipping Option: If you’d like to receive your replacement frame faster, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
If the original model is unavailable, we will offer a replacement of equal value.

Additional Terms:

• Replacement frames are covered under the remainder of the original warranty period.

• We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the warranty terms or show signs of misuse.
