🔹 Wholesale Terms & Conditions (For The Madam)

1. Ordering & Payment

All wholesale orders must be placed via our official wholesale application form.
Once approved, orders can be placed via email or through our designated order form.
We accept payment via credit card, ACH, or PayPal.
International buyers: payments are accepted in USD. Our platform (Square) may allow for currency conversion; please check your card provider for applicable conversion fees.
Full payment is required before shipment unless other terms are arranged in writing.

2. Shipping (Domestic & International)

U.S. Retailers:

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated based on order size and delivery location.

International Retailers:

We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, or international freight carriers.
Shipping costs will be quoted after order confirmation and must be paid prior to dispatch.
All duties, customs charges, VAT, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in the product or shipping prices.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

3. Lead Time

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days after payment.
Larger or custom orders may require additional lead time — you will be notified in advance.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless products arrive damaged or defective.
Any issues must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the shipment, along with clear photos of the damage or defect.
Approved returns will be eligible for store credit or exchange only.
All returned frames must be unused and in original packaging.

5. Frame Availability

Styles are subject to availability and may rotate seasonally.
We encourage stockists to place reorders early to ensure best selection.

6. Marketing Support

Approved stockists will receive access to our brand kit, product images, and display recommendations.
The Madam frames must be sold under original branding and not privately labeled unless written permission is granted.

7. Exclusive Territories

Exclusive territory rights may be granted to select international distributors on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire if interested.
